There is usually a big shift between the NCAA football games on Saturday and the professional games on Sundays, and it’s often times a matter of speed of the game. Well, this Sunday the two teams to watch for a little bit of that collegiate pace is going to be the Broncos and the Eagles. These two teams are poised to light up with impressive momentum as both are high flying, fast paced and dangerous teams that can score fast and hit hard.

Current line: Denver Broncos – 11/ Over & Under at 57 ½

Time:  Sunday, September 29, 4:25 pm (EST) FOX, NFL Red Zone

The NFL has a lot of great teams, but none so fast and deadly as these two, and it will be an interesting match going into Sunday. Peyton Manning has been having a great overall season, and he’s not looking his age at all. The numbers are hot, he’s scoring big with throwing, running, and being a team leader. Meanwhile the Eagles have some high speed as well, including LeSean McCoy, whom is definitely going to run up the yardage, even if he’s not 100%. DeSean Jackson will need to pick up his game to give Philadelphia a slight edge, but if he plays the way he has been doing in the past few weeks, this may not happen.

Michael Vick can definitely cause havoc, and the Broncos are going to have to learn how to isolate him properly. The defense cannot make mistakes here, and must read the plays fast and collapse inside, to even have a shot at winning this one.

The Match Up:

The Philadelphia defense is going to need to really play a good game if they are going to stifle the Denver offense. The no-huddle style is definitely working, and will be a great overall weapon for the team. The Eagles can stop it, if they utilize their best players to control the football and watch for quick passes. Peyton Manning loves the short pass, as it can gain yardage, but when the defense bites on those fakes, look for the long ball to carry the team to victory. It’s hard not to pick Denver right now, they’re hot, so we’re going to go with them, - 11, even though the Eagles have major upside.

The Edge:

Denver Broncos – 11

SportsCashSystem.com Prediction: Denver Broncos – 11
