Jay Farber vs. Ryan Riess: And The 2013 WSOP Main Event Winner Is....

The 2013 World Series of Poker Main Event final table was cut down to its final two players. Tuesday, the second leg of the conclusion to this epic event will take place between Jay Farber and Ryan Riess kicked off at 6 pm PST and was not decided until after Midnight Eastern Standard Time with Reiss leading in number of chips. Reiss Wins!!!  (And the winner is....See how it all went down here)

Each player was looking to etch his name in poker history as the 2013 WSOP Main Event champion and grab hold of the $8,361,570 first-place prize plus coveted gold bracelet.

Las Vegas native Farber has only four cashes and just shy of $37,000 in his short live circuit career.

Reiss has enjoyed a bit more success, winning $317,487 on the poker circuit.  The 23-year-old from East Lansing, Michigan, has 19 cashes.

The final lost much of its luster as it came down to two players who did not have high profiles.  Nevertheless, there was some degree of excitement after a panda mascot for Farber had to be escorted away from the final table Tuesday evening.  Go figure!
