Buckeyes fans beware, says Frazier.

“That vaunted Buckeyes’ rushing attack will go up against a defense that ranks fourth in the entire country with an average of just 11.8 points per game allowed, and they have been particularly good when it comes to defending the run. This will obviously be the toughest offense that Michigan State will have gone up against this season, so it will be interesting to see how they fare.

“The Spartans aren’t built to overcome poor defensive play, although junior Jeremy Langford has been a star all season. Langford has rushed for 1,210 yards and 16 touchdowns to pace the Michigan State offense, and he will asked to be the difference maker again on offense this week with all eyes on him.”

Frazier adds: “The Buckeyes’ offense could struggle to move the ball at the pace they have become accustomed to when they go up against this tough Michigan State defense, so look for the Spartans to at least keep this one close as they could very well win outright.

MSU is a +5 home favorite so there is plenty of spread to work with here.
