The first ever Internet Gaming Expo will be held at the Atlantic City Convention Center January 25 (2013).  The one-day event is being organized by iGamingPlayer.com.

“New Jersey is the center of the online gaming world right now,” Roger Gros, publisher of iGamingPlayer.com and of Global Gaming Business, stated.  “and Atlantic City is the home of gambling in the state. It only makes sense to offer in Atlantic City a place where online players can learn how to get the most from the online – and land-based – gambling experience. The iGaming Player Expo will explain how to win at New Jersey’s online casinos.”

New Jersey became the third state to legalize online gambling last month in the US.  It is the most populous state to do so.  On Monday it was revealed that a total of 91,000 accounts had been set up within the first month of business.

The event will feature live demonstrations, seminars, and a wide array of networking.

“The iGaming Player Expo will bring hundreds of online players to Atlantic City, demonstrating the link between the online casinos operated by the casinos and their land-based cousins,” says Gros. “For anyone who has any interest in gambling online, the iGaming Player Expo will allow them to decide which casino is right for them and why understanding the ins and outs of iGaming is important to fully enjoy this unique form of entertainment.”

Best part of all - Admittance is FREE.

The Atlantic City Airport offers limited flight service.  One can fly into either Philadelphia or Newark International Airport and rent a car for the under-an-hour drive.
