The Wisconsin vs. South Carolina betting line for New Year’s Day’s Capital One Bowl had the Badgers as a -1.5 favorite.  The total on this game was steady at 51. 

The Fiesta Bowl featured Baylor as a -17 favorite against Central Florida.  The total on this game was set at 70 to 70.5 depending on the book. 

Baylor has the nation’s top attack (53.3 points per game).  Both these teams had a single loss each in 2013.  Both teams are making their first appearance in a BCS bowl.
