Saints-Seahawks Betting Line Opens at Seattle -8

The Saints-Seahawks betting line opened at -8 for the NFC Divisional Playoffs January 11.  2nd half line on this game is Seattle -3.5 - Bet This Game Live Now Here.  New Orleans was seeing close to 60 percent of the early action on the spread.

The Seahawks showed they were vulnerable at home after losing to Arizona a few weeks ago while the Saints demonstrated that they can win a Playoff game on the road.  Saturday’s victory over Philadelphia was their first post season win away from New Orleans in franchise history. They lost each of their previous 3 road playoff games with Drew Brees despite him averaging over 400 passing yards per game. They allowed over 35 points in each of those losses.

The Saints held the Eagles to one play of 25 yards or more, tied for the fewest by the Eagles in a game this season. The Eagles led the NFL with 62 such plays during the regular season. - The Saints gained 14 first downs by rushing and 11 by passing Saturday.

The Saints defense held LeSean McCoy to 2.9 yards per rush between the tackles, his second-lowest average this season and the lowest allowed by the Saints.

Drew Brees completed 50% of his passes and threw two interceptions against four or fewer pass rushers in the first half. Brees did not throw an incompletion against standard pressure in the second half.
