Maryland Live Casino Enjoys Huge Success in 2013

Maryland Live, the Old Line State’s largest casino, generated a whopping, according to the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

The casino began offering the table games last April.

”We’re very pleased with our performance,” Rob Norton, Maryland Live’s president and general manager, said in a statement. “The addition of live action tables and poker has been very exciting for the property from an experience and revenue standpoint, while slots showed steady growth through the year, even with the addition of tables.”

Statewide casino revenue in December totaled $65 million, with Maryland Live contributing alone contributing $52 million of that number.

Maryland Live is conveniently located in Arundel Mills, approximately 20 minutes outside of Baltimore and under an hour’s drive from Washington, D.C.
