BOULDER, Colo. (Associated Press) -- A 62-year-old Boulder County man accused of running an online gambling website for at least three years has been arrested.

The Daily Camera reports ( http://bit.ly/1m0dvb0 ) Larry Kyle Richardson was arrested Friday after a grand jury indicted him on one charge of violating the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act. He is suspected of running an online gambling website from Jan. 1, 2010, through Jan. 8, 2013, "in, or triable in, Boulder County."

District Attorney Stan Garnett says that while he can't talk about the case, for it to be "triable" in Boulder County it must have some connection to the district.

The indictment says the Colorado Bureau of Investigation found checks from suspected gamblers to Richardson in amounts ranging from $50 to $11,000. The checks collected by the CBI total almost $300,000.
