“This high tech coin could make cash money obsolete.”  That’s the introduction to a special report Wednesday night on CBS4 South Florida.   The video itself should be available on the CBS4 website by Thursday morning.

Have you ever heard of Bitcoin? It's digital money, like email and cash put together. CBS4's David Sutta explains how this new digital currency works, how easy it is to use, and why it's so attractive to criminals.

And, to be honest, CBS4 makes it look easy in their promo video.

Bitcoin is now being integrated into the online gambling sphere.

The CBS4 report does touch on the criminal element and also speaks with a local professor knowledgeable of  the new digital currency.

Check out the promo below.   If you happen to be in South Florida, be sure to watch at 11 pm.  Looks like a good segment.
