Republican Senator Lindsey Graham is expected to introduce his bill that would outlaw all forms of online gambling as early as next week.

Graham’s bill would compliment efforts by GOP mega donor and casino magnate Sheldon Adelson to halt state-by-state legalization of Web gambling while preventing the activity at the federal level.  Nevada, Delaware and New Jersey are the only three states that have legalized online gambling at this time.

Politico.com has noted that Adelson cut checks for $15,600 in campaign contributions to Graham in 2013.

Draft legislation currently circulating around the Hill suggests that fantasy sports and horse racing would be exempt from any prohibition.
