Prop bets on Super Bowl 43 are being offered up by the hundreds.

Among the most popular are the 2009 Super Bowl MVP, Most passing yards, What will happen first - touchdown or field goal (getting the third most action of any other Super Bowl bet Sunday afternoon), and Which player will score the first touchdown.

The length of the National Anthem as sung by Jennifer Hudson is proving to be another immensely popular Super Bowl 43 prop bet as was the Bruce Springsteen Super Bowl halftime song set (now scrapped due to insider information being revealed).

"It's no longer necessary to throw $5 into a Super Bowl party pot in hopes of winning $50 when you know the drunk guy's wife who doesn't know a thing about football will always win anyway," joked Payton O'Brien of Gambling911.com.  "You can bring your laptop, Blackberry, iPhone, Raspberry, whatever to the party and place bets right online."

First and foremost, you need to open an online betting account prior to the start of the Super Bowl.

Then we have some great wide receiver Super Bowl betting props as offered by BetUS.com

These include the following:

1. Santonio Holmes total receiving yards over 62 ½ -115 - -

"I believe this to be an almost sure thing because Holmes no doubt will be the featured wide receiver for the Steel Men with Ward suffering from a knee injury," says D.S. Williamson of BetUS.com.  "Holmes could pick up over 63 yards receiving on three or four catches. The Cardinals will be expecting the Steelers to run the ball. I expect Big Ben to go to Holmes early and often in this game. He might get the over before the end of the first half."

2. Anquan Boldin total receptions under 5 ½ +105 - - "Boldin is a stud but I don't think he catches more than five balls in this game. The Cardinals will try to run with Hightower and James which means that Boldin will be left out there all by himself. He could end up catching ten balls, and I might look like an idiot, but I believe Pittsburgh has the answer to stop Boldin and Fitzgerald from going crazy. Boldin will end up being the forgotten man on Sunday."

3. Larry Fitzgerald total receiving yards under 95 ½ -115 - - "You have to love Fitzgerald but the Steelers should, if anybody can, shut him down. I expect him to get a lot of short passes thrown his way, so he could definitely catch around 6 or 7 balls, but he should only approach 80 yards in this game. He's a touchdown guy but he's not really that big of a yardage guy."

BetUS.com, which is offering free cash bonuses on all initial deposits, also had Super Bowl 43 prop bets on Hines Ward longest reception under 22 ½ yards -115, Santonio Holmes total receptions over 3 ½ -125, Larry Fitzgerald longest reception under 35 ½ yards -125.
