Is it really news when a Liverpool fan vows to have the Live Bird of his football club tattooed on his privates? After all, people do get tattoos there and we don’t read about it in the Mirror.
Tom Pound has promised to do just that if his team wins the Premier League.
The 27-year-old made a bet with his fiancee Kylie Brinkley and future father-in-law Stephen to have the Liver Bird and 'You'll Never Walk Alone' tattooed on his manhood if they take top place, the Mirror reported this week.
That bet was placed back in September following a victory against Manchester United.
Now Liverpool is on the cusp of reigning supreme in the Premier League and Pound has vowed not to back out.
Kylie, 25, said: “We won't let him wriggle out of it. He's got to go for the whole length.”
A loss to Chelsea over the weekend may have provided the Liverpool fan with some relief.
Liverpool is in a race for first place with Chelsea and Manchester City.
