We thought we had a great one last night with the Reds/Dodgers game heading into the 7th inning with the UNDER 6 and only one run scored but the bull pen blew it for us with six more runs allowed.
Today we are back on the Reds/Dodgers UNDER 6.5, getting a half point cushion at least. Five of the last seven games in this series have stayed UNDER the current total.
The Reds RH Alfredo Simon (6-2, 2.31 ERA) will face the Dodgers for the first time. He has limited opponents to two runs or fewer in seven of his nine and has also been dominant on the road thus far. Simon is the only pitcher in franchise history to win his first five road starts of a season while allowing five hits or fewer in each game.
The UNDER is 8-1 in Simon's last 9 starts overall.
The Dodgers RH Zack Greinke (7-1, 2.01) is 4-1 record against Cincinnati with a 2.62 ERA.
