The Packers vs. Seahawks Week 1 NFL betting line was available more than two months prior to this game even going off and a change in this number is likely.  You can get on this one early at Sportsbook.com.  Place your 1st bet and get your 2nd bet for free here.

The Seahawks were a -6 home favorite here having just won the Super Bowl.

But alas we are hearing that Packers starting quarterback may be coming into the 2014 NFL regular season after having his best spring training ever.

"I think Aaron's had probably his best spring, if I'm going to sit back and try to rank them," head coach Mike McCarthy told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "I'll probably say the same thing next year, but I think he's in great shape. I think Aaron's in a great place and had a very exceptional spring."

Brian Murphy of the Fantasy Football Toolbox is of the belief that Rodgers has the best fantasy rating of a starting quarterback only after Drew Brees and Peyton Manning.

The total on this Week 1 game is OVER/UNDER 45.

NFL betting used to be built mostly around teams. Bettors looked at spreads, totals, moneylines, injuries, weather and coaching matchups. Those pieces are still there, but the modern football betting board is much more player-driven than it used to be.
