Baylor Big 12 odds for 2014 were set at 3/1.  Their NCAA National Championship odds for 2015 were set at 20/1.  With the Bears expected to win OVER 10 regular season games, there is certainly some value in these prices.

BAYLOR
National Title Odds: 20/1
Big 12 Title Odds: 3/1
O/U Win Total: 10 OVER -140

The Don Best analysis of the Baylor Bears in 2014:

The Bears are coming off their first outright conference title since 1980, and with an offense as elite as the one they have, they will challenge for it again this season. Their QB Bryce Petty is a dark-horse candidate for the Heisman Trophy, but the team's defense will be the key. Baylor must improve on the 360.2 yards per game allowed last season.

Scout.com notes that, if Baylor is good enough to beat Texas on the road, they should have little problem taking care of TCU, West Virginia and Kansas State.  The game they will likely lose is in Oklahoma.
