Bram Haenraets Leads 25 Remaining Players at EPT100 Barcelona Main Event

Dutch PokerStars qualifier Bram Haenraets, who is playing his first live tournament, is chip leader going in to Day 5 of the record-breaking #EPT100 Barcelona Main Event. The 30-year-old from Amsterdam - who won his seat in a €82 satellite on PokerStars - has 4,395,000.

There are 25 players left from the 102 who started Day 3 today. The overall field was a staggering 1496 players from 71 countries, a record for EPT events in Europe (beating the 1,240-strong EPT6 Sanremo won by Liv Boeree).

Other Day 4 survivors include PCA champion and PokerStars sponsored player Dominik Panka, EPT regular Gerald Karlic and EPT Prague High Roller winner John Andress.

This season's Barcelona champion will receive a life-changing first prize of €1,261,000. In all, 239 players are getting a share of the €7,255,600 prize pool.

In addition to their cash prize and trophy, the new champion will also receive a stunning watch from luxury Swiss brand SLYDE, the Official Watch Sponsor for EPT Season 11 Main Events and High Rollers.

Joining forces with the Estrellas Poker Tour once again, the EPT11 Barcelona Poker Festival features 44 events at Casino Barcelona including the €1,100 Estrellas Main Event, the €5,300 EPT Main Event and the prestigious €50k Super High Roller.
