Before getting to the pick on this game, we can report that sexual battery charges against Florida quarterback Treon Harris have been dropped by his accuser Friday.

"This means she is not pursuing criminal charges against him at this time but maintains the right to do so in the future," school spokeperson Janine Sikes said in a statement.

The line on this game had been LSU -1.5 and now they are the +1.5 underdog.  The line moved a half point upwards after news related to the battery charges broke Friday afternoon.

BetOnline.ag Analysis: “When you go over the various details of this game, the main one is that Florida backup quarterback Treon Harris, who led the Gators to a comeback win over Tennessee last Saturday, is being investigated on suspicions of sexual assault. He was accused by a complaintant, and so Florida has chosen to suspend him for the time being. This means Florida’s quarterback for Saturday is likely to be original starter Jeff Driskel, who did not play well against Tennessee and had to be benched. LSU’s defense was torn apart by Auburn last week, but Florida’s offense might be just what LSU needs to get healthy. This game should be close, but Florida probably won’t score much with Driskel on the field. Take LSU.”

BetOnline.ag College Football Betting Pick: LSU +1.5
