Wayne Root the Next Oscar-damus?

Heading into this weekend's Oscars, former Libertarian  Vice Presidential nominee, Wayne Allyn Root, had made his predictions on the Hollywood event.  This was our most read article over the course of a few days.  His predictions:  A perfect 5-0.

So is Root the next Nostradamus...or maybe Oscar-damus?

Root says he understands the psychology and psychosis of liberals. "Liberals are so predictable in their guilt, hypocrisy, and 'group think' it is hilarious. I achieved a perfect 5 for 5 Academy Award prediction record by simply putting myself in the mind of an Obama-idolizing Hollywood liberal. I merely voted for whatever a guilt-ridden, hypocritical Hollywood liberal would vote for."

One oddsmaker told Gambling911.com:  You didn't have to get into the liberal mindset to know who would win this year's Oscars.

"I love Wayne," said the oddsmaker,  "but seriously, everyone and their mother knew who would win what Oscar with the exception of ‘Best Actor', which could have gone to Mickey Rourke.  Wayne Root taking ‘Slumdog Millionaire" to win this year's Academy Award for ‘Best Picture' was like taking the New York Yankees to beat the Bad News Bears."

Root says, "While my Oscar Predictions were offered to the media to provide a little humor in the midst of an unprecedented economic crisis, they actually also served a serious purpose. These predictions offer insights into the thinking of the liberals who populate Washington D.C. and the Obama administration. The liberal group-think that led to these Oscar choices is the same mindest that has supported wasteful trillion-dollar bailouts; economic stimulus packages that will damage the American economy; and 'tax cuts' for people who don't pay taxes. It is the same thinking that will lead to the nationalization of American banks, despite Obama's denials. It is the same thinking that could lead to thedeath of free speech with the passage of the so-called 'Fairness Act' to put government in charge of the radio airwaves. It is this same kind of pathetic, guilt-ridden liberal thinking that could lead to the destruction of capitalism, free markets and the American economy."
