Dallas Bookies: Fort Worth Loving Their TCU Horned Frogs

Dallas bookies and those residing in the Fort Worth area must be smiling these days.  Their Cowboys, Mavs and Horned Frogs are winning as we head into the winter period of 2014-2015.  This is great for local bookies and Pay Per Head businesses alike.

TCU, in particular, have helped boost wagering on College Football.  The Horned Frogs walked away with another victory last week, though just barely, beating Kansas 34-30.  Texas Christian, based out of Fort Worth, was ranked number 4 last week.

Meanwhile, the Cowboys continue to shock with a 7-3 record as they were favored to win no more than seven games during the regular season.  They were tied with Philadelphia for first place in the NFC East.

Texas, like in most US states, bookmaking is illegal.  It is a Class A misdemeanor and punishable by either fines or some jail time or a combination of both.

Our friends at PayPerHeadAgents.com tell us that their customer base from this region has grown two-fold over last year and this is, at least partially, seen as a result of local team success.  PayPerHeadAgents.com offers management services for local bookies who do not have the time (or stomach) to deal with their wagering businesses hands on, especially if they are experiencing the same type of growth we are seeing with PPHA.
