The NC State vs. UCF betting line was coming in at Central Florida -2.5. The Knights have a decent record at 7-3 Straight Up for the St. Petersburg Bowl while NC State had a record of 7-5.
Central Florida is solid, having won nine of their last ten games. The game may not be as easy as it looks on paper, however.
