Arrested for DUI just two weeks ago which prompted poker pro Layne Flack to miss his appearance on NBC's National Head's Up Poker Championship, he's now playing in the World Poker Tour Bay 101.  There, Flack told Amanda Leatherman (sounds like she should be doing gay porn with Gambling911.com transgender reporter Sparky Collins) that he "always refuses to take a breathalyzer."

The folks from Wicked Chops Poker made the following observation: "So this is something he's done before? and that he eventually blew a 0.0 a few hours later."

He claims he does this on his lawyer's advise since he is then required to take a blood test.

Ms. Leatherman than asked if that is a way to "sober up" in the meantime.

Neither She nor Flack seemed to believe it when he said he "had a zero blood alcohol level" a few hours later.

Flack may find drinking and driving humorous.  Don't tell that to Las Vegas Officer Barbara Morgan, who is the person overseeing the investigation.

Officer Morgan told Gambling911.com's Jenny Woo "(The Layne Flack matter) is an ongoing investigation".  She also confirmed to Gambling911 that Flack had "no prior arrests in their jurisdiction (that being the City of Las Vegas).

It was not immediately known as to whether Flack could ultimately be charged with drinking and driving as the matter is yet to be adjudicated.
