Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders was now listed at 14-1 odds of becoming the next President of the United States, BetOnline.ag has revealed.

“It’s crazy how just two months ago Hillary Clinton was being anointed the Democratic nominee and now we have a situation where Bernie Sanders could be entering single digit odds,” noted Payton O’Brien, Senior Editor of the Gambling911.com website.

Most sites were still listing Sanders between 20-1 and 25-1 odds.  Only Clinton, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio and Scott Walker had shorter odds at BetOnline.

Sanders continues to draw the biggest crowds of any candidate from either party. He has risen to within 8 percentage points of Hillary Clinton in the first-in-the-nation primary state of Iowa, according to a recent CNN/WMUR poll.

“Our job is to prove that he can win and to get people who don't know Bernie a chance to get to know him,” said state campaign director and longtime New Hampshire Democratic activist Kurt Ehrenberg, who previously led the effort to draft Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) into the 2016 race.
