Live betting was available for The Open 2015 with Jordan Spieth sitting comfortably among the top five along with amateur Paul Dunne and two-time British Open winner Padraig Harrington.
It was Louis Oosthuizen of South Africa who led the pack early Monday afternoon local time.
Spieth was looking to win his third straight Major tournament after mounting a huge come-from-behind effort on Sunday.
With victory on Monday, the 21-year-old Spieth would join fellow Texan Ben Hogan as the only players to win the Masters, U.S. Open and British Open in the same year.
“My mind is strictly and solely on setting a goal for tomorrow and putting the right mental approach to our round, setting the right expectations given the conditions, and see if we can just go get the job done again,” Spieth said.
