Dribble is the latest entry into the highly competitive Daily Fantasy Sports sector. It is the fourth app developed by the duo of Daniel Qu and Nicholas P. Wright.
“It brings players the easiest way to craft dream squads and to see how they measure up against friends and random opponents,” the site claims.
Dribble is the latest Daily Fantasy Sports review from our sister site DFS911.com. It claims to be regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (though we should note that the Dribble website spells “Commission” with one “s”).
Dribble’s creators have delved into the development of other apps that haven’t appeared to gain much traction, at least if social media and website existence act as the indicators.
Qu founded Launchsite.com, which billed itself as providing crowdsourced, customized, complete sites done in days. Its Twitter site abruptly stopped providing updates in March of 2014.
Likewise, Pilot Reader, described by its creators as “Tinder for the news”, currently goes to a dead site.
Whether Dribble succeeds remains to be seen. It won’t be easy as the app has launched in one of the most competitive industries where few companies have realized a profit.
