The Green Bay Packers have suffered what could be a major blow Sunday as one of their top players Jordy Nelson exited a preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers with an apparent torn ACL.

The official update from the Packers was initially that Nelson suffered a knee injury.  Nothing will be confirmed until the results of an MRI are revealed.
Nelson is a key component of the Packers, who as of Sunday afternoon were listed with 5-1 odds of winning the 2016 Super Bowl.

Nelson’s fantasy numbers in 2014 were superior as he was targeted 277 times while catching 183 passes for 2,833 yards and finding the end-zone 21 times.

Nelson closed the season priced at around $7500 and nearly 25% owned at Daily Fantasy Sports site Star Fantasy Leagues.
