Despite a recent surge in the GOP race for U.S. President by neurosurgeon Ben Carson, oddsmakers still have him in double digits at 15-1.

Jeb Bush continues to hold between 2-1 and 3-1, Donald Trump was at just shy of 5-1 odds while Marco Rubio has climbed to 4-1.  Carly Fiorina, as widely expected last week, has jumped to 8-1 from 20-1 just a few weeks ago.

As for the polls, Trump still leads at 21 percent of Republican primary voters — followed by Carson at 20 percent and Rubio and Fiorina tied at 11 percent each.
