What to Consider With the Rams:  The Rams decent pass rush will cause us to pass on Carson Palmer this week.  They also have the 12th best defense against the run in the league and Arizona’s running game is not among the greatest. Likewise, St. Louis can hold its own against opposing passing games.

What to Consider With the Cardinals:  Arizona employs one of the top pass defenses in the league.  They have only allowed 13 catches for 110 yards to opposing tight ends this year.

Who to Play: There are too many questions here.  The Rams defense is good enough to keep opposing Cards players fantasy production below value.  Then again, this could be a blowout game for Arizona with star players taking a back seat.  Needless-to-say, the fantasy options here are few and far between.  - Tyrone Black, Gambling911.com
