The government may be investigating potential antitrust violations or fraud among the large fantasy sports sites, a source tells the Wall Street Journal. “We have very aggressive gambling laws,” Marc Dunbar, a partner at Jones Walker LLP in Tallahassee, Fla, told the Journal.
