Earlier this month, New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman determined that Daily Fantasy Sports is actually illegal online gambling in disguise.  DraftKings and FanDuel both insist their daily and weekly contests are games of skill, not gambling.

Judge Manuel Mendez will render his decision at some time Wednesday and Gambling911.com intrepid reporter Jeff Williams will be there to announce his decision at that time.  Attorneys for both DFS companies say they will appeal any injunction that might be imposed.

Last Monday, Mendez denied the companies' requests for a temporary restraining order (TRO) and set the hearing for Nov. 25.
