Heading into Super Tuesday’s Massachusetts Democratic Primary, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders was coming in at 4/6 odds as the slight favorite and Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at EVEN odds.  This will be among the most tightly contested of the Super Tuesday races.

Clinton did have a small lead in Massachusetts just days before the Primary at 49 percent compared to Bernie Sanders 44 percent.  Another 7 percent were either undecided or were backing Other.

“Voters who are looking for experience — someone with the right experience to be president, is how we phrased it — then you’re very likely to be with Clinton,” said Steve Koczela, president of the MassINC Polling Group, which conducted the survey. “And if you’re looking for someone who can bring real change to the political system, that’s a Sanders voter.”
