Steve Wynn Sued by Casino Dealers for Having to Split Tips

TMZ is reporting that a group of Wynn Las Vegas casino workers are suing the casino owner, Steve Wynn, after they were forced to split their tips with fellow workers who do not customarily get tipped.

The lawsuit alleges that dealers were required to pool their tips with these employees and share the money equally. 

Most shocking of all perhaps, the suit claims Wynn got around having to pay minimum wage by appropriating the dealers’ tips. 

The dealers are suing the casino -- as well as Steve Wynn individually -- and are seeking damages, plus interest and attorneys' fees.  Yikes!!!
