For those of you looking to bet today’s Astros-Mariners game, note that Seattle’s Taijuan Walker has pitched especially well against the struggling Astros with two notable exceptions.

Walker has permitted just 15 hits in 66 at bats versus current Houston hitters. That being said, Colby Rasmus (5-for-10) and Jose Altuve (6-for-19, one homer) do appear to have Walker’s number even if they are the exception.  Jason Castro is 1-for-13 with nine strikeouts.

Walker is 1-0 with a 1.50 ERA so far this season, pitching six innings in each of those while allowing 4 runs off of fifteen hits. The Mariners are 16-5 in Walker's last 21 starts. Houston, meanwhile, is 2-7 on the road so far this season.  Granted Seattle is just 1-5 at home.

Our play is on Seattle -139
