What first appeared as if it was going to be a competitive set of primaries now have former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and real estate magnate-turned reality TV star Donald Trump as strong favorites.

Trump had been listed at 4-7 odds while Texas Senator Ted Cruz was coming in at 5-4 as of last week.  By Sunday, following the release of a BC News/Wall Street Journal/Marist poll showing Trump with a 15 point lead, online bookmakers were now listing him as a 1-5 to 1-7 favorite.  Those odds had been slashed to 1-25 by Monday evening.

"Indiana is so important and we have to win it," Trump said to a crowd of approximately 1,500 people packed into a theater in Terre Haute, Indiana. "If we win Indiana, it's over."

57 delegates are at stake in Indian’s Republican Primary on Tuesday.  Trump can still capture the 1,237 delegates to secure a nomination and avoid a contested convention.  Cruz and Ohio Governor John Kasich are both mathematically eliminated.

"It's really important that we win because if we win -- you know, we want to raise money for the party and we want to raise money for the Senate races and the congressional races and do a lot of things instead of wasting our time with these people," Trump said.

Clinton, meanwhile, is a 1-7 favorite to win the Democratic Primary with Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders now at 7-2 odds, down from 4-1.  This race has gotten especially tight at the books.
