Following Gambling911.com's announcement that poker icon Doyle Brunson had debuted his Twitter page, the Texas Dolly already has almost 500 followers.

Brunson admitted in his blog the other day that he does not own a Blackberry, therefore he will do his Twitter updates from his computer.

So what has Doyle been Twittering about the last few days?

Eating healthy, thinking about his wife Louise who's in Hawaii to escape her allergies and - of course - poker.

"Poker is back! there is big games at Bobby's Room every night. Phil Ivey threw the party last night, losing almost a million dollars."

OUCH!

"Time to go play...all I do lately is sleep and play poker. it won't last much longer [poker], everyone will leave after the tournament."
