This has all translated into a meltdown for local area bookies, at least in recent months.

It should be noted that the Cavs should have been profitable for bookies who stood by them since Day 1 since Cleveland ultimately went 37-42-3 Against The Spread in 2015-2016.  The Indians, as of this writing, owned a 49-31 record.

So how will the Browns perform this upcoming season?  Whose to say all this won’t rub off on the home town NFL team?

A Pay Per Head runs all aspect of the bookie business with the exception of handling financial transactions.  They charge a small weekly fee per customer (per head), often starting around $10.  In the long run, bookies and agents alike save money while minimizing the headaches involved in running such a business entirely on their own.

Pay Per Head services the likes of PremierPerHead.com would have helped boost that profit margin further through the offering of live in-play betting, numerous proposition and future betting options as well as the option of adding an online casino.
