Pittsburgh Steelers Bookie Guide: Coach Tomlin Finally Makes the Top 5 Rankings

The average Pittsburgh Steelers bookie has had to contend with a third straight losing season and the 2016-2017 outlook will require regional bookies to seriously consider outsourcing with companies the likes of Gambling911.com-endorsed PricePerPlayer.com.

The Steelers are favored to win OVER 10.5 regular season games in 2016.  They have the 5th shortest odds of winning the 2017 Super Bowl at 12-1. And they are slight +130 favorites to win their respective division.

Last year’s Steelers finished 9-6 Against The Spread, thus dealing the books another blow following two previous seasons where Pittsburgh finished two games above the .500 mark ATS.  Things could have been a whole lot worse had Cincinnati not finished the season with the second best record Against The Spread in the league after Minnesota.

Pittsburgh will enter the 2016 regular season with one of the most lethal offenses and a decent defense.

The offense takes a bit of a hit with wide receiver Martavis Bryant out for the season with a drug suspension.

The front seven on defense return relatively unscathed and remain a formidable threat.

The loss of nose tackle Steve McLendon was mitigated by the third-round selection of Javon Hargrave, and the Steelers are strongest at the ends with Cameron Heyward and Stephon Tuitt, Athlon Sports rightfully notes.

Ahh and then there is the man perhaps most underrated head coach in the NFL, Mike Tomlin.

NFL.com just ranked him among the top five head coaches in the NFL entering the 2016 season.  It’s the first time he’s been featured there.

From NFL.com:

It's been a decade since Bill Cowher was roaming the sidelines in Pittsburgh. Since then, Tomlin has won one Super Bowl -- and been to another -- while leading the Steelers to the playoffs six times. Many feel that, had Le'Veon Bell not gone down the last two years, Pittsburgh's offense would've tipped the balance in the postseason. Tomlin's regular-season record of 92-52 is nothing to scoff at.

Pay Per Head services the likes of PricePerPlayer.com would have helped cut losses or otherwise helped to further improve profit margins through the offering of live in-play betting, numerous proposition and future betting options as well as the option of adding an online casino.  It is highly recommended to set up with a qualified Pay Per Head like Gambling911.com endorsed PricePerPlayer.com for the 2016-2017 season as well.
