Intertain, which also operates botemania.es, is listed in Toronto and is valued at around 800 million Canadian dollars ($607 million).

Intercasino.com has been on the Net now for 20 years.

"We believe that a London Listing will result in a fuller and more appropriate valuation of Intertain's business, as these strategic initiatives are a key part of a range of initiatives intended to significantly realign Intertain's share price with the company's fundamental business results and prospects," said Chairman Neil Goulden.

A London listing will bring Intertain closer to competitors 888 Holdings PLC, which is looking to bid on the UK’s largest bookmaker, William Hill.
