Gambling911.com has obtained this shocking video of a Pay Per Head shop employee being hit over the head with a chair while the boss (pictured sitting in chair at bottom right) does nothing.

The Pay Per Head was run by California resident Gordon Mitchnick, named in a 57-count indictment back in late June.  And it is Mitchnick who is seen here in the chair.

This video has been the talk of the Pay Per Head industry Wednesday morning, though we should note it only surfaced just over a year after the actual incident occurred and, despite the indictment of Mitchnick, the PPH continues to operate in good standing.,

Since posting the video, the General Manager from the unidentified PPH shop has come forward to give their side of the story.

Chair beatdowns are not the norm it seems.

"It was revealed after this incident that this employee from Limon (Costa Rica) had mental issues and was threatening a lot of employees in the office," the GM, for whom we will not name, revealed to Gambling911.com regarding the assaulter. "That day he just stood up and hit our prop Chinese guy with a chair which the Chinese kid correctly did not react back, as you see on the video.

"We did fire this individual of course, and we are still in good relation with the Chinese kid who got hit.  His wife is also still working for us."

Mitchnick, meanwhile, is facing up to 25 years prison, and to the best of our knowledge will no longer be involved with this organizaton while awaiting trial.
