A Brooklyn federal judge has asked prosecutors to reduce the sentence of a “reformed” mobster, citing his spin classes among other life changing activities.

John Imbrieco is more than 15 years into a 20-year sentence after a shooting at a Genovese crime family social club in Williamsburg that left one man dead and another injured, according to a New York Daily News exclusive report.

Judge Leo Glasser said Imbrieco wants him released now, issuing the following letter in support of the mobster’s release:

“It is my hope that the Government will seize this opportunity to serve that interest, affirming the truth that the Government wins when justice is served.”

Other programs taken by the mobster include car dealership, restaurant conception and plumbing.
