Fight at Newly Opened Casino Over Sexual Foursome Leads to Arrests
A fight over how many people should partake in a sexual romp resulted in the arrest of a Massachusetts casino at the newly opened Rivers Casino and Resort in Upstate New York.
This is probably not the way the Schenectady casino wanted to celebrate its grand opening.
Elizabeth Araiza, 49 was charged with obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor, and the violation disorderly conduct. Dmitri Houff, 62, her husband was charged with obstruction of governmental administration. Both are from North Adams.
The couple, along with another individual, were reportedly attempting to arrange a sexual threesome when someone in the party demanded a fourth join in.
A criminal complaint alleges the Troy woman engaged in "violent and threatening" behavior when she threw a beverage glass in the bar area of Duke's Steakhouse during the fight with Araiza.
The court papers also indicate Araiza continued fighting even after police arrived and later refused to comply with their commands to get up from the ground while handcuffed.
The threesome were released pending a future court appearance.
