The NBA All Star Game MVP betting odds to win this weekend had Russell Westbrook of the Oklahoma City Thunder as a near 4-1 favorite to be named.

Westbrook posted his 27th triple-double of the season against the New York Knicks, moving into third-place for most in a single season. Hall of Famers Oscar Robertson (41, 1961-62) and Wilt Chamberlain (31, 1967-68) are the only two players ahead of Westbrook on the list. It was the 64th triple-double of Westbrook's career.

Westbrook’s former teammate, Kevin Durant, was coming in at 6.5/1 odds of being named 2017 NBA All Star Game MVP.

The Golden State Warriors small forward had 21 points (10-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt), seven rebounds, seven assists, four blocks, and one steal in 32 minutes during Wednesday's 109-86 win over the Kings.

The possible pairing of Westbrook and Durant, for which there has been much tension since Durant’s summer departure, will be one of the more interesting subplots in the 2017 All-Star contest.
