Fences Oscar Odds – 2017 Academy Awards

Fences offers one of the best value picks for the 2017 Oscars as Denzel Washington goes up against Casey Affleck (Manchester By The Sea).  Washington would pay slightly better than EVEN odds.

Synopsis: Fences is the story of Troy Maxson, a mid-century Pittsburgh sanitation worker who once dreamed of a baseball career, but was too old when the major leagues began admitting black players. He tries to be a good husband and father, but his lost dream of glory eats at him, and causes him to make a decision that threatens to tear his family apart.

Viola Davis, while a “lock” to win Best Supporting Actress for Fences, is too high priced for betting.  A $220 bet would be required just to win $10.
