Those in attendance at this week’s Nordic Affiliate Conference (NAC2017) were indoors with all delegates confirmed safe, including our friends at Winning Poker Network.  The Grand Hotel, where NAC2017 was being held, had been on lockdown for several hours.

A truck drove into a crowd of people in Sweden’s capital of Stockholm Friday afternoon, an approximate 15 minute walk from where the conference was taking place.

Several casualties are being reported at this hour.  At least four deaths have been confirmed.  A man was arrested in north Stockholm after he confessed to carrying out the truck attack, daily newspaper Aftonbladet reported.

The attack occurred at or near the Ahlens department store in a normally bustling part of Stockholm along a pedestrial street.

The Nordic Affiliate Conference was being held April 6 and 7 at the Grand Hotel.
