According to bookmaker William Hill, Jordan Spieth was seeing the single most betting action of any golfer at this week’s Masters tournament with 11 percent of the backing.

Justin Rose led heading into Round 4 with odds that would pay somewhere in the range of US$40 for every US$10 bet.  Rose had received 4 percent of all Masters bets and was initially priced at 22-1 odds.

“I had confidence that I would have my run,” Rose said following Saturday’s play.  “I felt like I played really well all week. I felt like after the first couple of rounds, I could have significantly lower than my score was but I’ve been very patient with that. I’ve kind of known that I’ve been playing well and been thinking well and making good decisions.”
