Michael Mizrachi Denied Win at 2017 WPT Tournament of Champions

Daniel Weinman has won the 2017 WPT Tournament of Champions, denying big name poker pro Michael Mizrachi a victory. 

In defeating the 66-player field, Weinman walked off with a cool $381,500 in prize money.  This was his second biggest tournament win ever.

"I feel incredible," Weinman said. "This is such a tough tournament; to come out on top is super special."

Few were shedding any tears for Mizrachi, who to date has won just over $15.6 million in live tournaments.  He takes home $218,000 for his 2nd place finish.
