Man Drops Heroin in Casino, Keeps Gambling

A man was apprehended Wednesday at a Great Falls, Montana casino after dropping his stash of heroin.

Dylan Hayes Stephens, 41, is charged with criminal possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, both felonies, as well as carrying a concealed weapon. He faces up to six years in prison if convicted.

He continued to gamble after losing his stash.

The state requested his bail bet set at $10,000.

Stephens has prior convictions in both Montana, Michigan and Georgia.  The Michigan charge involved drug possession.
