Will it rain Saturday for this year’s Kentucky Derby?
Forecasts currently call for showers Saturday morning and afternoon but partly cloudy skies were on tap for Saturday night. It’s not yet known how wet the track is expected to be come post time.
McCracken’s odds will likely be slashed should conditions warrants as the most notable mudder running in this year’s Derby.
Steady rain was expected the three days leading up to the Kentucky Derby.
Early indications are that the showers will subside early enough not to affect the big race but any slight change in the forecast could change everything.
