A Chicago mobster has stopped paying restitution to the US Government following a tax evasion conviction and now the Government is going after him to the tune of $130,000.

Rudy "The Chin" Fratto, previously convicted for rigging $2 million in forklift contracts, was initially ordered to pay $141,000 on the tax evasion convictions.
