1XBet Sportsbook Freezes Customer’s €15,115 Balance

An online sportsbook has frozen a customer’s account to the tune of €15,115.

According to SportsBookReview.com the player initially opened an account with 1XBet Sportsbook, a website they apply a D grade to.  He lost around €5,000 before having a positive run which saw his balance increase to €7,200, and later about double that figure.

1XBet reportedly suspended the player's account despite his compliance with the requests for his documents related to their Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.

Based out of Curacao and established in 2007, the SBR previously reported that the site had blocked a customer’s account with €12,692 still in it back in January.
