Recently, the online gaming community erupted into speculation when it was learned that echeck poker deposits were down for all sites. However, it appears for now, that a solution has been found.

The Cereus Network, which consists of  AbsolutePoker.com and UtlimateBet.com have begun accepting echecks again. It is no surprise that the Cerus network is the first to bring the echeck deposit back online, since they are known to be one of the best sites when it comes to depositing.

It is unknown how quickly other sites like Poker Stars and Full Tilt will be able to restore the echeck deposit method to their network. However, AbsolutePoker.com and UtlimateBet.com will certainly be able to seize the opportunity and gain a large portion of market share among echeck poker players.

The US Attorney General's Office in New York forced the shut down of Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker's Instant eCheck platform this past week.

Gambling911.com reported last week that the Cereus Network had now captured the number 6 spot for busiest online poker rooms (with "real cash players" as the parameter).
